I’ve seen a lot of information lately online about losing weight and the best options via MBTI Personality type. I even saw a quiz on social media asking people to click on the link to take a quiz. The quiz then led to selling a product that was specific for that personality type.

The most important thing for me is to be healthy in my skin. Along that line, I don’t think it is necessary for my parents in their 80s to look like teenage models. But I do appreciate that they are healthy and fit, paying attention to the medical needs and ensuring that they move every day by counting their steps.
