Introducing … StudentSuccessSpace: Your Resource for Successful Learning
Did you know that one out of four students will drop out of college during their first year? Some research equates this statistic to be too small, be
lieving it to be nearly 30% of incoming freshmen! That is a staggering number.
Helping students to be successful is the priority of this new website, including:
- tips on study and test-taking skills
- integrating into college life
- building a campus community
- developing an individualized learning plan
- starting the new career
- becoming aware of campus resources
- creating learning challenges and goals
- prioritizing
Online instruction, courses and videos will be available to aid in this process in addition to resources in the development of the student, professional and individual.
